Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time‘s announcement, unfortunately, didn’t come as a surprise due to leaks. Now that it’s announced, regardless of the leaks, fans are very excited to see what’s next for Activision’s mascot character. While little is known about the sequel, yet another leak is offering a hint at what Crash Bandicoot 4 may offer fans.

What’s the Leak?

100+ LEVELS???

THAT $60 PRICETAG MAKES ALL THE MORE SENSE NOW, DANG

The leak came as part of a GameStop email about the sequel, if that can be called a leak. The advertisement describes certain aspects of the game, including that it will feature new game modes and abilities. But more interestingly, it states that Crash Bandicoot 4 will feature over “100+ levels of play.”

For comparison’s sake, the original Crash Bandicoot featured around 35 levels across 3 islands. Crash Bandicoot 2 features around 30 levels including boss arenas and the secret warp room. Crash Bandicoot: Warped adds another 32 levels. So the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy with three different bundled in includes more than 100 levels. It looks like Crash Bandicoot 4 is looking to improve even on that.

As for what 100 levels of Crash Bandicoot look like in 2020, who knows. Activision clearly has a lot left to show of Crash Bandicoot 4 before the game’s launch later this year. Crash Bandicoot fans can probably assume that they’ll be getting their money’s worth out of it, compared  to the original Crash Bandicoot games, at least.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time releases October 2 on PS4 and Xbox One. So, what do you all think about this info guys? Do you keen on if have to play for almost 100 levels?
