Some of you might already know this if you have visited Adventurers Guild in 1.3. That’s because you’d get the Parametric Transformer quest from Lan, an Adventurers Guild member. What is a Parametric Transformer?
Parametric Transformer is a gadget used for transmuting materials. You can use this gadget to transmute not-so-good materials into better materials. You see, the cornerstone of Genshin Impact gameplay is farming and grinding.
As the process goes, you might come to over-collect some undesired materials like Slime Condensate. This is where Parametric Transformer becomes useful. You can transmute 150 of those undesired materials into other more valuable materials like Mora, EXP, Enhancement Ore, or Weapon Ascension, Character Ascension, and Talent Level-Up Materials.
How to use Parametric Transformer?
First of all, equip the gadget. Then, use the gadget, and choose 150 of your unwanted loots/materials. After that, to activate the gadget, you have to attack it with elemental skills. Use characters with low skill CD or characters with DoT (Damage Over-Time) skills like Mona, Xiangling, Fischl, etc.
Note that: “The type of items obtained in the process seems to depend on the materials used.” So, the better materials you sacrificed in the gadget, the better materials you get from the process. Last time, I used 150 Slime Condensates, and this is what I get.
Parametric Transformer has 7 days cooldown. I guess it’s good to clean your inventory once a week. I was thinking of trying to go big on this gadget, transmuting high-tier materials. I wonder what I’ll get from that. Have you guys tried it? If you have, let me know in the comments.
