How To Get Carrot In Valheim

There are many ways to survive in Valheim. To do so successfully, You need to be able to make weapons, armors, collect food and also cook it. Talking about making dishes in Valheim, one of the ingredients needed for cooking is Carrot. So, we will discuss how to get Carrot in this game.

What is Valheim Carrot?

It is a food item that you can find in Valheim. Just like in real life, you can also eat it raw, making your health and stamina point increased by 15 points for 10 minutes. Moreover, to get more stamina, you should cook it by using the cauldron to be Carrot Soup.

To produce Carrot, you need the Carrot Seed. We have made the guide about it in the previous article. Also, you need a tool called Cultivator.

How to Get Carrot in Valheim

If you want to get carrot, you can follow our instruction.

  1. Use Cultivator

    Cultivator is the tool that is used to plant something in Valheim. So, you need to equip it and utilize it to cultivate the soil.

  2. Select Carrot

    Then, you can plant the carrot seed in the cultivated soil. Open the cultivator menu by clicking RMB and choose Carrot.

  3. Plant Carrot Seed

    After that, place the carrot seed. You must wait for 3 days for them fully grow. So, you can do other activities while the carrot growing up.

  4. Carrot Status

    You can also check the status of the Carrot that you planted. Usually, the word “healthy” will appear when you hover over the carrot.

  5. Harvest Carrot

    Lastly, you need to harvest them. This plant will have large leaves when it is fully grown. Press the [E] key to pick them up. The item will be added to your inventory.
