What is Valheim Poison Resistance Mead?
It is a potion that you can find in Valheim. You can make it by fermenting the Mead base: Poison Resistance in the fermenter. When you consume this potion, you will be immune to poison for 10 minutes.
The poison resistance is only active after you drink the potion. Don’t drink mead when you are poisoned, and it won’t have any effect. So, you have to eat this potion before the fight.
How to Make Poison Resistance Mead in Valheim

Prepare Mead Base
First, you need to prepare the required items, for mead base: poison resistance. You can cook them in the cauldron. Then put the item in your inventory so that the fermenter will detect it.
Use Fermenter
Then, you have to interact with the fermenter. Come closer to the structure and put the mead base by pressing the [E] key.
Waiting for Fermentation
After you add the mead base, the fermenter will display the status posts of the item being “fermented” You have to wait for 2 days in-game for the potions to finish. You can see it in the image below.
Take Potion
Last, you can take the potion when the status change to be “Done”. Press the [E] key to take all potions. The same as other potions, you will get 6 potions at one time.
