Adam Scott Joins Sony Spider Man

Sony is continuing its own project without the MCU touch, meaning it’s all about their Spider-Man universe. After Venom and Morbius finished, the story to build something next is still ongoing in another project, Madame Web.

Madame Web film directed by S.J. Clarkson and currently, while next year it will be released. This new solo film will add a new dynamic to SSMU with clairvoyant characters, and Sony has put together a stellar cast to bring the story to life. New things revealed about the new actor will join there.

Adam Scott Joins Sony Spider-Man

At first, Dakota Johnson was confirmed to be playing Madame Web, taking her experience from the often-discussed Fifty Shades trilogy into something completely different from the world of superhero movies.

Then, Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney also takes on an interesting role in this mysterious solo outing, joining co-star Zendaya as part of the overarching Spider-Verse following her role in the MCU’s Spider-Man trilogy.

The full names of the final cast are still unknown, but Deadline reports have just revealed that Adam Scott has joined the cast of Sony Pictures’ Madame Web, which will be released in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe in July 2023.

If we guess who the character will be playing, a lot of potential can happen. Regardless of how things go for Madame Web, bringing in an actor as big as Adam Scott should only help increase the quality and potential of this film as the Spidey spin-off looks to add its own chapter to the story.

Madame Web will premiere in theaters on July 7, 2023. Make sure you’re ready and able to take your expectations on the right path.
