Open the Crafting Menu
Like making the other items, you must open the crafting table/menu and the 3×3 grids will appear on your screen.
Add the Ingredients
In the PC version, you just need 5 oak wood planks to make an oak boat. You have to keep putting ingredients on the exact pattern of the recipe to make it. You can see the image below if you not sure.
In the second row of grids, let the middle-box empty and fill the rest with 2 oak wood planks. Then, Fill over the third row with 3 oak wood planks. If you play the game on the other platform like Windows 10, Nintendo and Xbox, you need to put a wooden shovel in the middle-box of the second row.
Finish
If you have put all the ingredients, the oak boat will appear on the right box of the crafting table. Now you can save and use it for transporting later.
