Wolverine In Deadpool Third Movie

While the MCU has a lot of plans for its next project as it enters its new phase, the third Deadpool film will also be a new film that gets a lot of attention. Although it doesn’t have a public release date yet, Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated films on Marvel Studios’ roster.

Fans really want Deadpool to join the Avengers event, as confirmation that he is officially a part of the MCU. Marvel still has to figure out how to bring Deadpool into the MCU while still keeping the history of the first two films largely intact. Well, according to one of the film’s writers, that’s exactly what the team wants to do as the R-rated game moves further into development.

About Deadpool 3 and Its Impact on the MCU

Speaking to the BroBible Post-Credit Podcast, Deadpool 3 writer Rhett Reese teased the first details for Ryan Reynolds’ MCU debut film.

While nothing specific was revealed, Reese teased that this would be something of a “fish out of water” story for Reynolds’ Wade Wilson. He noted how Deadpool was seen as something “crazy” in a normal world, sharing how much fun it was to see him.

In the same chat, Reese and co-writer Paul Wernick also discussed memes related to Sony Pictures’ Morbius, admitting that they hadn’t seen the movie or the memes. However, now that it’s “on [their] radar,” the two joked that they “had” to work on a Morbius satire into Deadpool 3 somehow.

Maybe you also got a hint based on that statement as a joke. Deadpool 3 is currently in the early stages of development, although a release timeframe has yet to be made public.
