With filming now officially underway for the next six episodes, fans are eager to know what God of Mischief will face when he returns for his next series of adventures.
Seing Filming Progress Leaky
With filming having taken place over the past few weeks, fans are already seeing some of the action, including a new Easter egg that will be fun to look for in the final cut. Now, more of the new footage has gone viral on the internet, providing some of the first context of where and when Loki and the crew will go after Kang’s attack on “Sacred Timeline.”
Twitter user @florencepiou shared some pictures and videos from the Season 2 set from Marvel Studios’ Loki filming outside the Noël Coward Theater in Westminster, London. Tom Hiddleston is seen wearing a pretty fancy suit, potentially even better than the one he wore in Germany during 2012’s The Avengers.
Also seen on the vintage set is a red double-decker bus with a Pearl ad on it, though it’s unclear what Pearl actually is in this context. From the text, it appears that Pearl is a guarantee company, which usually handles life insurance policies.
As shown by the film’s poster that can be seen on set, this scene reportedly takes place in 1974 and is described as the film’s premiere, in which time travelers Loki and Mobius try to enter the theater through a side door as the stars walk down the street. Red carpet.
It’s hard to say exactly what happened in this video or why Loki and Mobius ended in 1974, although it seems pretty clear that it will happen in some version of London with the scene playing out. Season 2 of Loki is currently filming, though it doesn’t have a release date yet.
