Season 2 for the Loki series as a direct sequel is underway, following things that were leaked from people coming to the internet. Loki Season 2 recently entered production in the UK, of course, it is still unknown about the story and what will happen there.
Sophia Di Martino is sure to also return to the series for a pivotal role as Sylvie, with another character cast as Owen Wilson as Mobius. Eric Martin will serve as lead writer, while Moon Knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead will helm this season.
Sylvie’s First Look at a Leak on Twitter
As we all know, Sylvie is the one who broke into the Multiverse when she dared to kill the Kang variant and wreak havoc on the Multiverse which could potentially ensue. The first season also introduced many Loki Variants to fans, but the one that stood out the most was Sylvie. A new leak reveals its first look based on this tweet:
The previous batch of photos showed that Loki would be teaming up with TVA once again, and now a new image has offered a first look at where Sylvie will be making a comeback in Season 2 and her surprising new costume.
Originally obtained by the Daily Mail, Twitter user @bestoftwh shared a photo of Loki Tom Hiddleston and Sylvie Sophia Di Martino on the set of Loki Season 2 outside McDonald’s.
Loki Season 2 has now been shooting for a month, so production just got the much-anticipated follow-up. Of course, TV shows often don’t film episodes in sequence, but this image of Loki and Sylvie reuniting outside of a ’70s McDonald’s probably comes from the first two episodes.
Or, could this be another Sylvie Variant that Loki and Mobius discovered? Perhaps the two would use another version of Di Martino’s character to track down where Sylvie might have snuck into. Loki Season 1 is streaming now on Disney+; Season 2 is expected to premiere in 2023.
