Reasons To Make Wong Appear In She Hulk Disney Plus Series

She-Hulk is coming to Disney+ on August 17th and will continue the Phase 4 trend of introducing new characters into the MCU. Fans will meet Jennifer Walters, also known as She-Hulk, who will be played by Tatiana Maslany. Lawyers with superpowers will join Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner and Team Roth’s Emil Blonsky, aka Abomination.

Now that the most popular convention in the United States is here, that wish has come true, and the released footage reveals that familiar characters associated with Doctor Strange will appear in the show.

Wong Confirmed for She-Hulk

Marvel Studios has officially released a new trailer for the Disney+ She-Hulk series at San Diego Comic-Con. New footage reveals that Benedict Wong will be featured in the series, reprising his role as Wong, the Ultimate Witch.

Her role capacity is unclear at this point, but she can be seen in the trailer talking to Tatiana Maslany’s Jennifer Walters about her “higher power” and her role as a rising superhero.

Wong is also seen at 1:59 minutes in the trailer, sitting at the table behind Walters as he watches Emil Blonsky transform into Abomination. This is almost certainly related to Wong’s interactions with Blonsky in Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, as the two are seen fighting and training in Xu Xialing’s Macau fighting ring.

Wong appears briefly around the midpoint of Shang-Chi where he fights against Abomination in a home game at the Xialing club, but he also appears in the post-credits scene of the film when he comes through the portal to summon Shang-Chi and tell him about how he can help. as a hero. It looks like her role in She-Hulk will line up, as she’s working to recruit some of the MCU’s newcomers and help them into bigger roles.

Whatever the case, it’s now confirmed that Wong will be officially in another MCU project. To see how big the game really is, fans won’t have to wait long, as the series is expected to hit Disney+ on Wednesday, August 17th.
