- Open the Crafting Menu
Open the crafting table/menu first, and 3×3 grids will appear.
- Add Ingredients
To make the item, you need 3 books and 6 wood planks. You have to follow the exact pattern of the recipe that you can see in the image below. In the first row, fill the box over with 3 wood planks. Then, put 3 books in the second row. In the third row, fill over again with 3 wood planks. See the image below for more.
- Finish
After you put the ingredients in the exact pattern, the bookshelf will appear in the right box of the crafting menu. Now, you can put it in your inventory.
