It is a potion that you can find in Valheim. You can make it by fermenting the Mead base: medium healing in the fermenter. When you consume this potion, you will restore 75 health points over 10 seconds (10 HP every second). Upon consumption, a 2-min cooldown is applied to prevent consumption of another healing mead.
Medium healing mead is useful when you fight against the troll or boss. Of course, this one is better than Minor healing mead. Make sure you put them in the Hotbar or use the Tankard, so you don’t have to open your inventory to drink it.
How to Make Medium Healing Mead in Valheim

- Prepare Mead Base
First, you need to prepare the mead base: medium healing. You can make it in the cauldron, as we explain in the last tutorial. After that, put the mead base item in your inventory.
- Use Fermenter
Put the item in the empty Fermenter. You can press the [E] key on your keyboard.
- Waiting for Fermentation
After you add the mead base, the fermenter will display the status posts of the item being “fermenting.” You have to wait for 2 days in-game for the potions to finish making. You can see it in the image below.
- Take Potion
After waiting for the specified time, you can return to check the potion status. The item is finished when it says “Done.” Press the [E] key to take all potions. For your information, you will get 6 potions at one time.
