Open Hammer Menu
Use the hammer from your Hotbar inventory by pressing [1-8]. Open the hammer menu by clicking the RMB.
Open Crafting Tab
When the hammer menu opened, select the crafting tab by clicking it or swipe with the [Q/E] key.
Choose Forge Cooler
Select forge cooler from the list. as you can see, the forge cooler recipe includes 25 fine planks of wood and 10 coppers. Of course, you need a workbench around you.

Place this structure around near your forge. Usually, players place it in the house.
